Lease Terms: Thornton Place offers 12 month apartment leases.

Parking: Each Creekside Apartment home has one assigned space in the gated parking garage. Parking is $95 per month. And, if you'd like to live car-free, travel free using our complimentary ORCA card.

Deposits and Fees:

  • Application Fee: $36.50 per applicant (for credit check)
  • Security Deposits & Fees: $250 refundable, $300 non-refundable
  • Pet Deposits and Fees - $250 refundable, $300 non-refundable fee per pet (up to 2 pets are allowed)
