Lease Terms: Thornton Place offers 12 month apartment leases.

Parking: Parking is $70 per month per vehicle. And, if you'd like to live car-free, travel free using our complimentary ORCA card. Hop on Metro and Sound Transit at the Transit Center next door– all day and all night. Or join Zipcar and have wheels without parking fees.

Deposits and Fees:

• Security Deposits & Fees: $250 refundable, $300 non-refundable
