NEW ENERGY INFUSES
A CLASSIC NEIGHBORHOOD

Long a center point for Seattle’s near north end, Northgate had a strong sense of neighborhood even before the Mall was built in 1950.

Northgate Mall (some say the world’s first covered regional mall) was recently remodeled and expanded, a renewal that continues to attract new shops and restaurants to the area.

Other revitalization efforts from neighbors and city officials led to the rebuilding of the Northgate branch of the Seattle Public Library, the addition of a smart new Northgate Community Center and a heightened sense of pride among long-standing residents.

There’s a fresh new energy emanating from the Northgate neighborhood.

Perhaps you should be part of it.
